Getting Around the City |

| JEEPNEYS. Jeepneys typically cost P10 for a one-way trip downtown. It is also an option to travel around the city, although confusing at first, it may take you a while to adjust to the directions and naming of the different sections of the city. If in doubt, as a local - everyone is willing to help. |

| TAXI. Taxis now operate from the airport to any part of the city. Taxi service is available from the hotel to the airport or any destination within the city and sub-urban town around Tacloban at higher cost. Be prepared with the exact amount as drivers may not always have loose change. When wanting taxi service from your hotel, ask the front desk, they have contacts with taxi operators and drivers. For out-of-city points, price is negotiable. |

| TRICYCLE. A tricycle is the easiest way to get from point A to B. It will bring you to any place in the city. |

| When walking around the city and crossing streets, observe traffic rules as the city imposes its "anti-jaywalking ordinance". |
